Supported Employment Phase I

Supported Employment Phase I provides job placement assistance, job coaching, and follow-along services to individuals with the most significant disabilities who are interested in obtaining community employment.  The focus of this program is to assist individuals in identifying and applying for potential jobs in the community.  A Job Development Specialist is assigned to assist participants with their resume, learn interviewing skills, and provides assistance in completing job applications.
