Program Management

Program Managment provides assistance to program participants in order to identify and address personal goals to increase and improve their level of independence.  Program Managers develop and implement individualized programs, goals, and learning opportunities.  Progress towards obtaining personal outcomes are reviewed and discussed with program participants.  Program Managers also maintain the individuals’ case files and provide supervision, crisis management, and intervention while at the center.  Program Managers serve as the liaison with family members, support coordinators, and other individuals involved in the life of the participant.  Bi-lingual staff are available to clients and families.
