Job Title: Residential Assistant
Description: The Residential Assistant, under the supervision of the Residential Manager, is responsible for the coordination and implementation of individual and group activities and training occurring in the group home and for the safety and care of the clients throughout his/her shift. Assist in preparing meals, transport clients, facilitate with self-help and living skills activities.
Education / Certification / Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency. One (1) year experience working with adults with disabilities preferred. Clean driving record and must be able to complete DOT certification & Training within specified time frame.
Starting wage: $10.00 per hour
Hours: 2pm to 10pm

Job Title: Habilitation Aide
Description: Provide direct care, self help and pre vocational skills training for developmentally disabled adults in a day program.  
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, CNA experience preferred. 
Starting Wage: $11.00 per hour
Hours:  8:00am to 4:30pm

 Job Title: Crew Supervisor
Description: The Crew Supervisor is a “Hands On” working supervisor in a community based industrial setting. He/She is responsible for the training, supervision and welfare of disabled adults working in the community performing contracted work.
Qualifications: High School diploma or Equivalent and two (2) years supervisory experience. Preferred experience working with individuals with disabilities. One (1) year college can be substituted for each year of experience up to 4 years.
Starting Wage: $11.50
Hours: Varied
