Supported Employment Phase II

Supported Employment Phase II provides long-term supports to individuals who have been placed and stabilized into community based competitive employment.  The focus of the program is to assist individuals in maintaining employment and to assist them in assuring that their vocational needs are being met.  Services are provided by an Employment Specialist who works with the individual and employer in order to assure that a good job match is maintained and assists the individual when job duties and responsibilities change or when issues arise between the individual and their supervisor or co-workers.
